フランスのサンドウィッチ。パンはたまごとクリームをつけてからハムとかチーズを載せてオーブンでチーズが溶けるまで焼く。スライストマトとスパイス（写真のはBruschettaを利用）を入れる。
材料はなんかとても「お気持ち」次第でできるので、楽しそうで美味そう。
