One of the cuisines you should try out when you are in Malaysia. This one is at the 2nd floor of Central Market, Kuala Lumpur. Don’t ask me about the vege’s name. I was told but forgot. The gravy one is Assam fish with bronjol and lady’s finger (you call okura I am sure.).

Appreciation

Used my points to get a cup of coffee from Tully’s. Since I commute quite often, they know me well. Signed with a marker by the boss, they offered me a Tall Latte.

without comments

This has almost become a must-do for Christmas for the last couple of years. For those who have been following my blog already know by know what it is all about. Yes, I make fruitcake every year. This has become a tradition, a long story. Here is the recipe from M Sinclair Stevens.

Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it!

A Day in Ario Mall, Kawaguchi

without comments

We had a late lunch at Ken Steak, inside Ario, one of the shopping mall close by. Though we got to get there by car. Still s distance. It wasn’t that packed, around 14:30, we still had to queue for quite a couple minutes. It’s a steak house with viking salad bar, drinks, and curry and rice. Eat as you like, if you can eat it.

I had the curry rice first because Karin wanted to have my chicken chop first. After she was full of it and soda water, she stopped it and started to have desserts. So, I tried to finished the chop, somehow couldn’t finished the whole plate. In fact I had had enough salad and the soup plus the curry rice.

Shion ran here and there while we shopping for “something.”

I saw a pair of leather shoes which cost 5,000 yen, and with 20% cashback, which means it costs 4,000 yen eventually, so I decided to try and bought it. The photo might not look that great, perhaps with jeans it looks really handsome. To wear it to work might be a bit too much for my standard sales consultant look. Never mind, I will keep it on the weekend. Will take another photo next week then.

My mobile camera isn’t that great, so it didn’t look good at all. But, the sky was so beautiful today with the moon and the sunset.

On the road before we reached home, illumination has started, and the colour was cold, but bright though. Tried with night mode, but it looked so ugly. Never mind, just a reminder. I should take my camera and take it next week.

Manuscript

For some reasons, Shion tends to write some unreadable notes from top to bottom, which looks like the classic way of writing! He still hasn’t started to learn to write in kindergarden yet. May be it’s his drawing!
